Student Lighthouse Team

The Student Lighthouse Team is made up of 4th and 5th grade students who are passionate about making Meeker a welcoming and positive place for everyone. Members are selected through an application process and teacher recommendations, ensuring they demonstrate leadership, responsibility, school pride, and the 8 Habits of the Leader in Me program. These students help plan and lead assemblies, serve as ambassadors to visitors and new students, and represent the voices and ideas of their peers in schoolwide decision-making. As the “face” of Meeker, the Student Lighthouse Team models the 8 Habits each day while working to make our school the best it can be.
